'Click here to go back' Link Not Working

Does anyone have this issue? When we click on this link, it stays on the same page. This happens in both IE and Firefox.

I submitted a ticket and they are not willing to help me, they told me that I have to hire one of their deisngers or hire my own web designer to fix this issue. Therefore I am stuck since I dont have the money to hire anyone.

We have not changed any of the code, so I would like to know if anyone has seen this too.

This page is when you go into your 'my account' and then click on a previous order, it would be in the history of the order.

If anyone has a solution, that was be a great help for me.

What is the text on the link? I'm looking at /ordertracking.asp and I see "back to my account"

If that's what you're talking about, then you can check the code in:

Settings > Design >Template Editor > order-history.html

Thank you, yes, that is exactly the place they told me to fix, but I can't find a place to change the link in that code.

First, know that I have no idea what your template looks like or should look like. That said, you're welcome to compare the following code on my template with yours.

This is toward the top of the template, just a couple lines down.

          <td class="page_headers">[orderhistory_header] </td><!--START: myAccount--><td align="right"><a href="myaccount.asp"><img src="assets/templates/common/images/arrow_back.png" border="0" align="absmiddle"></a> <a href="myaccount.asp">back to my account</a></td><!--END: myAccount-->

You'll see two instances of "href="myaccount.asp" - one is for the arrow image, the other is for the text link.

Your the man. That is exactly what I needed. My text link has some sore of java script that is not working. The arrow does work for me, the text does not. Thank you very much Dean, you have been a huge help!
