My DEALS category, the word, I want it to flash or blink, bring it more attention.
Possible?

Yes, there are various ways to do these, either through Javascript, CSS, or the html <blink> tag. Exactly how you do it would depend on how the link is used in your page. It will require editing a template file.

But, don't do it. Blinking text is considered one of the most hacky things you can do in web design.
