Additional text in basket page

I had inserted a line of text regarding shipping information in the basket page and now I want to change the information but I just cant figure out how I did it the last time, Ive tried the view_cart.html in the folder associated with my template but its not the one. Anyone got any ideas,

The page appears as http://www.xxx.com/view_cart.asp.

I'm not sure, but did you go to:

Settings --> Design --> Titles & Content --> View Cart (this is under the MAIN PAGES section, 6 up from the bottom)
