Removing create account button

Can someone please help. I need to remove the Create Account button and bottom of the table on this page. I was able to remove the text portion but cannot find the correct area to remove the button. If someone could cut the code that I need to remove I would really appreciate it. Been back and forth with design and tech support but I need to get this done and moving. Thanks you in advance

It's going to be in the template file called login-account.html

Your template has TWO sections of code look like:

<form action="login.asp?action=forgotpass&ordertracking=1" method="post">

... (a dozen or two lines of code here)...
</form>

Deleting the SECOND of those two blocks should do what you want. It might be tricky identifying exactly which block is the right one, unless you have experience reading HTML, so you should make a backup first.
