If you find it on every page of your site, it's probably in the frame.html but the responsive.css and your default css file from the template folder will control a lot of it. With the html5 responsive themes there's no template file for "mobile." The responsive.css file modifies the styling rules present in your default css file to alter the display on screens of smaller sizes including tablet and smartphone.
