Can anyone suggest a different email provider besides "smarter mail".

There are more threads about Google Apps that you can search for. I have set up an account with Google Business mail and set up all of our e-mail accounts but I have not made the switch yet.
The free account limits you to ten e-mail addresses, but offers unlimited aliases. -
Thank you. I will check it out. I dont know if its me or what, but this "smarter" mail is horrible. It takes 30-40 seconds, minimum for an email to open or for a reply to be sent. Deleting some emails? Forget about it. I can leave the computer and go get a cup of coffee and come back and its still "waiting for mail.3dcart...".Last edited by rburton34; 10-17-2012, 04:35 PM.Comment

I have been using outlook with POP-3 or and IMAP and it works just fine with smarter mail.
I pull all the accounts into outlook and I have filters and folders for everything.
Works great, except a few times an e-mail would get stuck in the server and it would take deleting it on Smarter Mail to flush the system and allow new downloads.Comment
