We uploaded very large, hi-res images for all of our items. But now whenever someone purchases and receives the email confirmation, the picture of the item (it is pulling from the Dropdown image option) takes up almost the whole confirmation page. I know it is because of how large and high resolution images we uploaded.
After talking to 3dCart on the Help chat, they mentioned that if you can code, which I cannot, you can add a line of code into the "Settings - Design - Emails - New Order Customer" somewhere which will limit the size the image can be on the email confirmation regardless of how large the image actually is.
Any ideas? I would love for someone to be say "type this _____, and here" and BOOM it works!
