Menu display issue on template

I tried a bunch of the 3dCart responsive templates, I liked one but the top menu is displaying incorrectly. Is this an easy fix or a defect in the code that 3dCart should fix?

I mean, the way it's coded is messed up, but if you want an easy fix that will work add this to your CSS:

#FRAME_MENU li a{
font-size:12px !important;
}
nav#navCatMenu{
width:100% !important;
}

How can we change the width/height of the FRAME_MENU? I found the code for the FRAME_MENU but can't seem to find the width/height code there to change it.
