Discount table run across instead of down

Is there a way to run the discount table from top down to across?

Ie right now it shows as

QTY Price
1-12 $3.50
13-24 $2.50
25-90 $2

Instead I want

QTY 1 13 25
Price $3.50 $2.50 $2

Where there's a will, there's definitely a way. You'd have to edit the html & css for the listing template and make it into a responsive html table. It could be kind of complicated because somehow the 3dcart variable would have to generate rows and columns.
