Selecting First Sub-Cat on Mobile

I opened a ticket but wondered if others could check my site on mobile (birdsafestore.com) for the following problem. If you go to the menu and select, as an example, Food & Treats and then scroll down where the drop down box is for the sub-cats - the first category is pre-selected but you cannot get to that sub-category. You can click and go to any other ones on the list, but in all instances, the first one listed cannot be selected.

Is this an issue with just my device (Android)?? A design flaw? I've never had any customers complain about the issue, just caught it by chance.

Birdsafe The subcategories are flawed out of the box. The drop downs as a whole are not very user friendly and are quite clunky in design. Best course of action is to keep the subcategory images in view instead of the drop box showing up. I will send you an email shortly

Sigh.....I have this issue too. I usually put my best selling items at the top of non-alphabetical subcategories so I need to get this fixed! I just sent you an email on your website thecartdesigner

Hello, maybe you have a suggestion for our site. The subcategory display on mobile is worthless. We do not currently have images set for categories or subcategories.

vdcusa Doesn't really matter if you have images set. All depends on the field of business. I will send you a PM

I'm currently having this same problem with my mobile site. Can you provide me insight as to what I need to change? I have images set for my categories so I can switch to them but I'm not sure what I need to change and where.

hey CartDesigner - guess what same issue here as a customer just brought it to our attention. No way to get to 1st subcategory that is preselected. Any help would be appreciated
