Include product ID in quicksearch suggestions

Hi friends. By default quicksearch displays the product Name. I'm looking to add the product id, and a space, to the quicksearch suggestions that drop down as you type in the search box. The result would be ID Name instead of just the name.

Do any of you know how to do this? I don't see anything that looks promising in the frame HTML or the jquery.quicksearch.js file. I assume I'm overlooking it. Thanks!
