Using IF 'logic' for product options

I have seen and used other cart software where the options available show and hide based on simple if/then logic. For example:

Option: Is this product a gift?
- if no, 'hide'
- if yes, 'display' [include gift card];
(excuse syntax)

Are 'logic' options like this available on 3D cart?
