CRM Customer Email

I tweaked the 'CRM - New Ticket' email that we receive, so that it shows the customers phone # and email. None of email variables I found work. I tried [oemail], [crm_email] and [custemail]. Any ideas?

cartexpert That is correct. I already sent him the entire email html with the correct tags which should resolve the issue.
