Unable to delete items from cart in Chrome & FF works in Edge

I'm not sure what would cause this as we haven't modified our template that much. We can add items to the cart but the only way to delete then is to enter QTY 0 and click update. Clicking the X will in Chrome & Firefox will cause the quantity box to change to zero and goes back to the home page still showing items in the cart.

In Edge we can remove an item by just clicking the X and it will remove the line item.

Using the Justwell-HTML5 theme. Any suggestions as to what is causing this?
