Category grid view not working correclty.

I'm not sure what has changed on our site in the last 6 months, or maybe I just didn't notice it... When the products are displayed in a grid view they are supposed to be displayed 4 to a row, but for some reason the top row is always 3 items and a blank spot, then they continue 4 per row after that. You can view any of my category pages to see this but here is a link to one for an example (https://www.dakotariggers.com/Harnesses.html) For some reason the "last-item" for the first row is getting rolled over in to the second row.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?
