Change Review "Title"

I'm wondering if there is a way to change the wording on the form where customers write a Product Review. The issue I"m seeing - a lot -- is the field "Title" -- which customers are taking to mean "their title" -- so I get responses like "Mr." Mrs." "Owner" etc., not realizing that it means a title for the review. It needs to say something like "Review Headline" or something.

Birdsafe In product_review_new.html template, look for the label mentioned below and change the text to whatever you like. You can also change placeholder text as well

We should put a list together of funny "titles". My favorite, before I changed ours was "Pianist".

thanks for the info - changed ours to state "Review Title" and also to only use their "First Name" as we also have a bunch which stated "Mr., Mrs. Coach - you name it as folks would put a title for them versus a title for the review.
