Bootstrap Version?

Does anyone know what Bootstrap version is being used by 3DCart?
The bootstrap files themselves contain no version info.

In testing, I have found some basic Bootstrap functionality is missing (e.g. glyphicons, tabs, etc.)

I also noticed that glyphicons were missing. You can find the bootstrap resources inside of templates\common-core\lib\

The bootstrap-theme.css file starts with:
