Might be worth calling Shift 4: (888) 276-2108. That is the number to their corporate headquarters.

Ours is down as well. Call Tech Support and it goes to a Fax Tone and then disconnects. Not good.

Same issue for us. Very frustrating. Hopefully they fix it this week.
